Downtown facade improvements, home repairs, weatherization, neighborhood stabilization, storm sewer reconstruction and flood protection are a few of the projects created by the Andover Historic Preservation Corporation. They disperse grant funds obtained from HUD, NY State Affordable Housing Corporation, and other state and federal agencies. Andover is actively committed to keeping our community revitalized and healthy.

A recent addition to the community is Allegany Artisans, which binds diverse artists together of a Studio Tour each October. This open house gives residents and visitors a chance to see the artists at work in there environment and purchase works of art directly from them. As Allegany Artisans develops, it will provide opportunities to enhance the cultural enrichment of the area.
